Occupational therapy (OT) is a blend of mental, physical, and psychological exercises to enable patients to perform EVERY DAY ACTIVITIES. These tasks include basic activities such as driving, getting dressed, eating and even walking.

Our occupational therapists look at the whole person: socially, emotionally, cognitively as well as physically.  They are highly trained in breaking a task down (Activity Analysis) to understand where the barriers exist that limits a person’s ability to perform desired activities. Then we provide appropriate types of interventions that may best help the patient improve their abilities to perform functional activities.
