Anthony Bullen, MSPT
Anthony Bullen, graduated with his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2000 from University of Miami, after finishing his undergraduate at Florida State University. After practicing in many different settings, he decided to open his own practice to be able to serve his community by providing individualized physical therapy services to those struggling with pain, balance issues, post-surgery PT and more.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys coaching little league football, as well as spending time with his family, especially outdoors, fishing and boating.
Michael Veloz, DPT
Dr. Michael Veloz has a big passion for fitness, rehabilitation, and optimizing human movement. After graduating with his degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, he decided to pursue his doctorate in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in 2021.
In his free time, he enjoys attending all kinds of sports games, being active in his church community and experiencing new places and cultures.
Joan Portela
Joan Portela grew up in South Florida and knows her community very well. She started as an office coordinator at Physical Therapy Group of Florida in 2021 and within a year she was promoted to Office Manager. She has worked in the medical field for over ten years and is in charge of everything going smoothly with patients’ experience, insurance and overall day to day tasks of the clinic.
Outside of work, Joan enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs.
Daniel Navarrete
Daniel Navarrete attended Concorde to pursue a career in Physical Therapy and graduated in 2020. He became a Physical Therapist Assistant and has been enjoying rehabilitating and strengthening individuals who need it.
Outside of work, he enjoys exercising and going to Deerfield Beach where he grew up most of his life. Daniel looks forward to learning more and gaining experience in every situation he can.
Giovanna Bullen
Giovanna Bullen graduated with her Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration in 2008 from Florida Atlantic University. After working in marketing and being in the financial industry for several years, she took the role of office manager at Physical Therapy Group of Florida. Recently she transitioned into a Marketing position to focus on the growth and expansion of the clinic.
Outside of work, Giovanna enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as running and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
