Joan has been working at Physical Therapy Group of Florida since 2021 after 9+ years in the medical industry. Joan is in charge of the entire admin team in both of our locations and makes sure everything runs smoothly with scheduling, authorizations, insurance verifications and much more!

AT HOME

Joan grew up in South Florida and knows her community and the Fort Lauderdale area very well. She also spent a lot of time in the keys when she was younger and continues to visit regularly; sometimes, she even brings Key Lime Cake for us. When she is not working, Joan enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs.
